咨询时会做什么？What happens at the consultation

  1. WhatsApp 预约时段选择每天 11am–4pm 之间的时间，我们会尽快确认。Pick a slot between 11am and 4pm on WhatsApp. We confirm your time shortly.
  2. 了解你的情况顾问先听你说说自己的头发状况和想了解的问题。Our consultant listens to what you’d like to know about your hair and scalp.
  3. 头皮及头发检查用仪器查看头皮，并测量你在意的区域。We look at your scalp with an instrument and measure the area you’re concerned about.
  4. 说明与解答清楚讲解适合你的选择和流程，回答你所有问题。We explain the options and the process clearly and answer all your questions.
  5. 你自己决定不合适我们会直接说；可以回家慢慢考虑，不强迫消费。If it isn’t suitable, we tell you directly. Take your time to decide; there’s no hard selling.
